Zdzisław Beksiński Floating Faces Framed Print | Surreal Cityscape Art

Zdzisław Beksiński Untitled (Floating Faces) — an enormous turquoise face descends from the clouds above a mysterious city, accompanied by smaller ghostlike faces floating toward the glowing horizon. The dramatic contrast between the monumental figure and the reddish-brown architecture creates a captivating world of mystery, imagination, and surreal beauty.

The artwork combines turquoise blue, muted green, golden yellow, and warm terracotta tones. Its unusual perspective, delicate atmospheric textures, and mysterious imagery create an extraordinary composition that feels suspended between dreams and reality.

Presented as a Zdzisław Beksiński framed print, this artwork combines surrealist imagery with a refined, ready-to-hang presentation, making it a distinctive addition to collections of dark fantasy, visionary art, and mysterious landscapes.

ABOUT THE ARTWORK

Beksiński frequently left his artworks untitled, allowing viewers to interpret his mysterious compositions without a fixed explanation.

In this artwork, a giant turquoise face dominates the sky above an unfamiliar cityscape. Its hollow-looking eyes and enigmatic expression contrast with the warm architectural forms below, while smaller descending faces add a mysterious sense of movement.

The golden atmosphere and reddish-brown buildings create a striking contrast with the cool turquoise figure. The extraordinary scale and dreamlike composition make this artwork especially appealing to collectors of surrealism, dark fantasy, and visionary art.
